By purchasing or engaging in any services offered by Sascha Martineau, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Sascha Martineau provides embodiment coaching, tantra-informed sessions, immersions, sound therpay and personal development experiences.

These services are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and wellbeing.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

By engaging in these services, you acknowledge:

  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion

  • Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person

You agree to communicate honestly and take responsibility for your own boundaries and needs throughout the process.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved bank transfer.

By purchasing a session, immersion, or container, you agree to:

  • Complete full payment as agreed (including payment plans)

  • Honour all scheduled payments

  • Provide accurate billing information

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of this work and the commitment involved:

  • No refunds are issued once payment is made

  • No refunds are issued for change of mind

  • No refunds are issued once services have commenced

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice = session forfeited

  • No-shows = session forfeited

For immersions or containers, specific agreements may apply and will be outlined prior to commencement.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to contact Sascha Martineau directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in termination of services and further action if necessary.

7. Health & Liability Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • These services are not medical, clinical, or licensed therapeutic treatment

  • No diagnosis or medical advice is provided

  • You participate at your own risk

Sascha Martineau is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes resulting from participation.

8. Consent & Boundaries

All sessions are conducted within a professional, consent-based framework.

You acknowledge that:

  • You may pause or stop a session at any time

  • Clear communication of boundaries is your responsibility

  • Any form of inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund

9. Confidentiality

All personal information and session content will be treated with care and confidentiality.

However, confidentiality is not legally bound in the same way as licensed psychological or medical services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, teachings, practices, recordings, and materials shared are the intellectual property of Sascha Martineau.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

11. Termination of Services

Sascha Martineau reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or not aligned.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

13. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

You enter this agreement willingly and take full personal responsibility for your participation.
